This Privacy Policy applies to the "Switch Assistant" APP (including iOS, Android, and web transfer services). 1. Device and Network Information

To achieve device pairing, transfer connection, and stability optimization, we collect:

•  Wi-Fi name, local network status (only for device discovery and direct connection)
•  Device identifier (de-identified, only for function and troubleshooting)
•  Application crash logs, performance data

This information is only used to ensure normal function operation and is not used to track users.

2. Device Transfer Information

This application supports:

•  iPhone ↔ iPhone transfer
•  Android ↔ Android transfer
•  Android ↔ Apple cross-system transfer

We only read and transfer the following content after you manually select and authorize it:

•  Contacts, photos, images, videos, audio, documents, files, etc.
•  Transfer process uses local peer-to-peer encrypted transmission
•  All data is not uploaded to the cloud, not stored, not disclosed, and not used for advertising or other purposes
•  Temporary data is automatically cleared after the transfer ends or exits

3. Webpage Transfer Function

•  Establish a local encrypted connection between your phone and computer webpage by scanning a QR code
•  Only transfer files, photos, and documents that you manually select
•  Do not record browser history or retrieve webpage content

4. Transfer History

•  Only save transfer time, file type, size, and status on your local device
•  Do not upload to the server and can be manually deleted by the user at any time

5. Application Permissions

This application may request the following permissions:

•  Photos / Storage: Read and transfer pictures, videos, and files.

Local Network: Discover devices and establish transfer connections.

Contacts: Migrate contact data. You can enable or disable permissions at any time in system settings. Disabling permissions only affects the corresponding function and does not affect other services.

III. Information Storage and Security

•  All data is transmitted only between local devices, not to cloud servers.
•  Point-to-point transmission is conducted via encrypted channels.
•  User personal data and migrated content are not stored long-term.
•  Local data is automatically deleted after uninstalling the application.

IV. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We will not sell, rent, buy, or share your personal information unless:

1. You expressly consent.
